- Can I wait at the curb for a passenger?
- No. The curb is reserved for active loading and unloading of passengers. See Curb-Side Drop-Off and Curb-Side Pick-Up in Passenger Services for further information.
- Where do I park long-term?
- There is a newly-enlarged lot located at the east end of the Terminal (between the Terminal & the Tower) that is suggested for long-term parking.
- How long may I leave my vehicle parked at MOD?
- For the duration of your travels. If you will be gone for more than fourteen days, please complete the Long Term Parking Form and return it to the Airport Office prior to your flight. If your vehicle will be parked at the Airport for more than 30 days you will need to contact the Airport Office (209-577-5305) to make arrangements for payment.
- What identification is normally needed for air travel?
- A government issued photo ID is required for all adults boarding a plane. For information on identification needs for minors, please contact your airline at www.united.com or 1-800-241-6522. Please see Passenger Terminal paragraph in Passenger Services for additional information.
- What is and isn't allowed on an airplane?
- Please refer to www.tsa.gov (Transportation Security Administration) for the most current requirements and restrictions.
- How much time should I allow for check in and getting through the TSA security checkpoint?
- Please arrive at the terminal at least one hour prior to your scheduled flight time.
- Can I smoke at Modesto City-County Airport (MOD)?
- No. Smoking is not allowed inside or within 20 feet of any City of Modesto building.
