Contact: Jo Ann Bertolotti (209) 571-5871 Change to City of Modesto Lobby Hours Effective Friday, August 1, 2008, the City of Modesto Customer Services hours will change. The Customer Services lobby on the second floor at 1010 Tenth Street Place will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. A study of lobby traffic revealed that less than 10% of City of Modesto customers, who utilize lobby services, do so between the hours of 7:30-8:30 a.m. and 4:30-5 p.m. The change in hours allows for staff to have time away from their windows to perform various duties including: settlement of daily transactions, updating of accounts, etc. All of these duties will be performed while the lobby is closed, allowing for maximum coverage while the lobby is open. You may make payments any time to your utility account by using the City of Modesto payment web site at
www.modestogov.com or pay by phone by calling (209) 577-5395 and following the voice prompts. You may also make payments at the authorized pay stations listed below: ##### |
